The Impact Of Entrepreneurial Failure Learning On The Performance Of New Ventures

Although entrepreneurship is a project that encouraged and supported strongly by our country,the risk of entrepreneurship is high,and the failure of entrepreneurship is very common.Entrepreneurial failure can leave the entrepreneurs economically and psychologically.However,unsuccessful entrepreneurial attempts can provide opportunities to learn from failure for entrepreneurs,and are also beneficial to subsequent entrepreneurial behavior.Based on the previous research review,although some scholars have studied the failure problem of learning,Failure learning on the new venture performance impact studies are rarely researched and they are rarely involved in the industry change and the adjustment role of the time interval of the second business in this process.Through they have a summary of the previous literature,this study focuses on three questions: firstly,the impact of entrepreneurial failure learning on the performance of new ventures,Secondly,we study the impact of industry change and time interval on the performance of new ventures.Thirdly,how do industry change and time span adjust the performance of failed learning and new venture? Therefore,Five hypotheses are proposed in this study.After issuing questionnaires and visiting various companies,137 valid questionnaires are sorted out.Through the data collation by SPSS19.0,the hypotheses of the research are demonstrated:(1)the impact of failure learning on the performance of new ventures.Through the analysis of the samples,we can see that the failure learning has a positive impact on the performance of new ventures.(2)The influence of industry change and time span on the performance of new ventures.From the results of this paper we can see that the longer the time span is,the more beneficial to the performance of the new enterprise,and the industry change has a negative impact on the performance of the new venture.(3)Study on regulation effect.The relationship between failure learning and performance of new ventures can be adjusted by the length of time span and the change of industry.
