The Study Of The Impact For Agriculture Efficiency By The Input Of Agricultural Science And Technology In Guangxi

Agriculture is the basic industry of our country.The key to solve the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is to improve the total factor productivity of agriculture.And science and technology is the first productive force,the input of agricultural science and technology will play an important role in improving the efficiency of agricultural production.By means of literature review and empirical analysis,this paper attempts to explain the impact of agricultural science and technology input on agricultural production efficiency in Guangxi,and puts forward some relevant suggestions on supporting agriculture by science and technology in Guangxi.First,this paper defines the concept of agricultural science and technology input and agricultural production efficiency,and expounds the mechanism of agricultural science and technology input and agricultural production efficiency,and theoretically concludes that agricultural science and technology input has an impact on agricultural production efficiency,among which,The human and financial input of agricultural science and technology indirectly act on the efficiency of agricultural production,and the input of agricultural science,technology and material resources directly acts on the efficiency of agricultural production.Second,the present situation of agricultural science and technology input and agricultural production in Guangxi is described,and the efficiency of agricultural production in Guangxi is measured by DEA method.Thirdly,this paper adopts the data of Guangxi agricultural science and technology and Guangxi agricultural production from 1996 to 2014 by selecting agricultural science and technology activists,expenditure of agricultural science and technology,total power of agricultural machinery and chemical fertilizer usage,using VAR model.This paper analyzes the effect of Guangxi agricultural science and technology input on Guangxi agricultural productionefficiency.The conclusion is as follows: 1.Agricultural science and technology activists,expenditure of agricultural science and technology,fertilizer application amount lag the coefficient of the first period is positive,indicating that the three factors have a positive impact on the overall efficiency,agricultural machinery total power lag period coefficient is negative,It shows that the total power lag of agricultural machinery is synthesized in one phase.Efficiency has inhibitory effect.2.The factors of agricultural science and technology activity,expenditure of agricultural science and technology,and total power lag of agricultural machinery are positive,which indicates that the three factors have positive effect on pure technical efficiency,and the coefficient of fertilizer application lag period is negative,The results showed that the application rate of chemical fertilizer lagged for the first time had an inhibitory effect on the efficiency of pure technology.3.Agricultural science and technology activists,expenditure of agricultural science and technology,fertilizer application amount lag the coefficient of the first period is positive,indicating that the three factors have a positive impact on the scale efficiency,agricultural machinery total power lag period coefficient is negative,The results show that the total power lag of agricultural machinery can restrain the scale efficiency in one stage.Influence.Fourthly,according to the current situation analysis and empirical results of agricultural science and technology investment and agricultural production in Guangxi,this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations on supporting agriculture by science and technology in Guangxi from three aspects: human resource input,financial investment and material input.In order to give full play to the role of agricultural science and technology investment in improving the efficiency of agricultural production in Guangxi,and finally realize agricultural modernization.The possible innovations of this paper are mainly reflected in three aspects.First,research methods.In this paper,VAR model is introduced to analyze the effect of agricultural science and technology input on agricultural production efficiency in Guangxi.Second,the scope of the study.The new data are used in time,and the range is limited to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region in space.Third,the selection of indicators.In this paper,the index of agricultural means of production,which reflects the input of agricultural science and technology,is included in the index system of agricultural science and technology input.
