Throughout the current China's Internet online education market development,the overall industry market size,number,user scale,maintained stable high-speed growth,and industry in the present education forms,the diversification of education product differentiation and channel situation.The Internet online education,driven by capital and technology,demonstrates the great potential of online education.But,at the same time,there may be some challenges in the industry,although the Internet online education schools of thought contend,actually there is greater competition and commercial liquid test,using the appropriate marketing strategy,for steady and healthy development way,online education is the enterprise is worth attention.Competitive pressures increase,and a guest costs after purchase and user loyalty to reduce the online education has become the enterprises have to face the problem,especially in the industry under the background of rapid development,these problems will be more and more prominent,so good online education enterprise should use the right marketing strategy to deal with the three aspects of marketing.The research object of this paper is my inauguration JLCX company,this is a around the Internet product managers and operating the two professional practitioners,provides products and education services online course education enterprise.JLCX through research of the company's marketing strategy,we can see clearly how to reasonable use of marketing strategy to achieve the ideal effect,but also to analyze how to use some marketing strategies to cope with the competition pressure increase,and a guest costs after purchase and user loyalty to reduce the three aspects of marketing.It can be seen that studying JLCX's marketing strategy can give some inspiration to other online education enterprises in formulating marketing strategies.In the process of the study,JLCX company can better understand the current market competition environment,to find the marketing strategy of innovation,can even drive the enterprises in the strategic level to layout,provide reliable strategy for the development of the future market in the future.This thesis includes five parts,and makes a detailed study and analysis of JLCX marketing strategy.The first part: preface,the research background and significance of the thesis,research status,research methods and ideas.The second part: related theoretical basis,mainly in view of the concepts and theories relating to this article,such as the marketing strategy,target market theory,theory of PEST analysis,SWOT analysis and model theory in this paper,the theory basis.The third part: analysis of marketing strategy status and marketing difficulties,introduce that current situation of JLCX company profile and marketing strategy,point out the current market predicament of JLCX and analyze the reason.The fourth part: coping strategies,propose strategies to solve JLCX's marketing difficulties.The fifth part: research conclusion and prospect,through the above discussion and analysis,show that JLCX company through the 4Ps,4Cs,4Rs,4Vs the four marketing strategy to obtain the ideal effect,and online education enterprise attaches great importance to the business growth factors,transformation path,word-of-mouth and user participation,growth matrix that construction to promote the marketing.Integrated the above,this thesis through the deep study on the JLCX company marketing strategy,can see clearly the 4Ps,4Cs marketing strategy,marketing strategy 4Rs marketing strategy and 4Vs how to concretely embodied in JLCX company marketing strategy of marketing,how to better meet user demand under the guidance of marketing strategy,achieve the goal of enterprise marketing.At the same time,this paper also analyzed the JLCX company competitive pressure surge,and after buying a guest costs and user loyalty to reduce the cause of these marketing dilemma,puts forward reasonable
