Research On The Differential Development Strategy Of Z Private Banks In Wuhan

With the increasingly diversified economic structure of China,the private economy has gradually become an important part of China's economic system,making an indelible contribution.However,while the scale of private economy is growing,the problems of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized private entities are still appearing occasionally.As one of the important measures to deepen the financial reform,the Chinese banking industry has gradually opened to the private capital,and the domestic private banks have experienced the development course from small to large.Judging from the management situation of private banks in recent years,there are great differences between different regions and individuals.The purpose of this study is to provide reference for other private banks in China to bring about the development of the private banks in China through the study of the typical cases of the development of the typical private banks.The research content of this paper is based on the perplexity and shortage faced by the private bank of Wuhan Z in its operation.Through the analysis of real case studies,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problems faced by Wuhan Z bank in the process of operation.The research methods include literature analysis,qualitative analysis and case study.The conclusions of this paper include tentative solutions and suggestions from two aspects of theory and practice.It can be used for reference for the development of private banks in other areas.The thesis is composed of seven parts.The first part is the introduction.In the introduction,it puts forward the background and significance of the topic,introduces the research content and methods,lists the research results of the relevant researchers on private banks,and explains the shortcomings and innovation of the paper.The second part briefly describes the concept and theory of private banks.The necessity of the promotion of private banks in China is analyzed;the third partof the Z private banks in Wuhan faces the internal and external environment analysis;the fourth part analyses the development status and main problems of Wuhan bank in Wuhan;the fifth part of Wuhan private banks' differential development strategy choice;the sixth part is the differential development strategy of Wuhan Z private banks.The last part is the conclusion and prospect.The development environment of Wuhan Z private bank is analyzed(PEST analysis)and SWOT analysis is used to obtain the main problems of Wuhan Z private banks.By subdividing the market and strategic positioning,the differential development strategy of Wuhan Z private banks is formulated,and the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward(enhancing credit guarantee,strengthening policy support,implementing differential marketing,The core brand strategy and with the help of science and technology financial practice to carry out differentiated business development model).
