With the rapid development of economy and technology,and the fierce competition in the market,the manufacturing industry is facing severe challenges.Changes in the complex product design process of equipment manufacturing are frequent and difficult to avoid.How to respond quickly to design changes and reduce the impact of changes is critical to customers and companies,which is also a key to determining the core competitiveness of a company.And it is the key to determining the company's core competitiveness.Considering the limitations and short-sightedness of fixed executing times in response to design changes,it is necessary to carry out design task assignment with controllable executing times to enhance the responding ability.In this paper,we study the task allocation with controllable executing times considering the design changes.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,Research status and related theoretical basis of task assignment of complex product design.At first,the research status about task allocation with controllable executing times considering the design changes is studied from 3 aspects.Next,this paper studies the types of design changes for complex products,and especially focuses on the research on resource-related design changes and task-related design changes.Next,the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used changes responding strategies,such as complete reacting scheduling,predictive-reactive scheduling,and robust proactive scheduling strategy are analyzed,and after then the research strategies route is determined in this part.At last,common solving algorithms for solving distribution problems are analyzed,and genetic algorithms and tabu search algorithms are mainly analyzed.Secondly,research on task allocation strategies and models of complex product design in response to design changes.Virtual Design Unit with flexible design capabilities is constructed to provide theoretical support for achieving controllable executing time;Compressing executing time strategy is proposed based on feature of controllable executing times,and the details of key issues for achieving the compression strategy are explained.Then,based on the objective and relevant practical constraints,the mathematic model of task assignment of complex product design is constructed.Then,the optimization algorithm for task assignment of complex product design was established.To improve the efficiency of optimization,a hybrid optimization algorithm of adaptive multi-objective genetic algorithm and tabu search is proposed,and the solution process for task allocation is elaborated.Finally,experimental simulation and analysis are operated to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed strategies and the superiority of proposed algorithm.The performance of the compression execution time strategy with controllable execution time and another response strategy with fixed execution time is compared and analyzed,also the performance of different heuristic algorithms is compared at the same time.Considering the environmental factors that may affect the performance of the strategy,such as the number of tasks assigned,the number of virtual design units,the average recovery time of changes,the impact factors of design capabilities,we compare the solving performance of the proposed algorithm and the exact algorithm.
