Along with the deeply development of the market, the competition which enterprises are facing is increasingly fierce. The executing ability of enterprises is the source power of enterprise competing. After Larry Bossidy and Ram Charan issued the "Execution:how to finish the job", entrepreneurs and academics began to pay more attention on how to improve the executing ability. So, what is the executing ability?Based on others theoretical research, the paper sums up the study about executing ability. Then, we analyze the concept of executing ability, and propose the constitute factors of executing ability:personnel, strategy and operation processes. Personnel selecting and promoting refer to the company strategy and operation plan, operation process must consider personnel and strategic problem, and strategy making is also established on the personnel and good operation. These three processes are together, interdependence and mutual effect on strategy implementation process. And then the paper analyzes the impact among three processes with executing performance. To prove the existence of the impact, the paper searches and analyzes a large altitude of literature to bring up indicators depicting the construction of various factors, and form a questionnaire, the paper takes a small sample to make exploratory factor analysis to perfect the index system, which provided a guarantee for further evidence. Then the large sample data is analyzed by a confirmatory factor analysis using AMOS7.0. The paper calculates structural equation model, and the fitting degree of indexes path coefficients. Based on these analyzes, this paper verified the total model structure. According to the results of the analysis, and further structural analysis conducted in this paper. It proved personnel process has the significant positive impact on the executing performance; strategy process has the significant positive impact on the executing performance; operation process has the significant positive impact on the executing performance. Finally, the results of empirical analysis are discussed and analyzed.
