The Influence Research On Executing Effect Of Strategy Executing Ability

Over one hundred years ago, the New York Stock Exchange has selected 11 companies as Dow index stocks, only 100 years later, GE is the sole one growing, and what's the reason? After Larry Bossidy and Ram Charan issued the "Execution: how to finish the job", entrepreneurs and academics began to pay more attention on how to improve the executing ability. What is the executing ability? What does executing ability consist of?Based on others theoretical research, the paper sums up the study about executing ability, such as the research of executing ability based on resources theory, the research of executing ability based on performance management theory and the research of executing ability based on control system theory and so on. Then, we analyze the concept of executing ability, and propose the concept of executing ability based on a dynamic environment: the concept of executing ability is the system ability of using enterprise resources to improve the enforceability of the strategic plan, making the strategic plan completed successfully or timely terminated (due to changes in the strategic environment is not enforceable), in a dynamic environment. It consists of three aspects:the ability of strategic consensus through strategy communication and propaganda, the ability of strategic cooperativity through using the enpterprise capability and resources, the ability of strategic adaptation throuth establishing the system to predict and respond the change of strategy environment.Meanwhile the paper proposes to describe and mesurat the executing ability through three aspects:strategic consensus, strategic cooperativity, adaptation strategies. And then the paper analyzes the impact among three components with executing effect. To prove the existence of the impact, the paper searches and analyzes a large altitude of literature in order to bring up indicators depicting the construction of various factors, and form a questionnaire, through a series of questionnaires rectifying ,the paper takes a small sample and the large sample survey which provided a guarantee for further evidence.In the aspect of data analysis, this paper uses SPSS 11.0 for the first exploratory factor analysis of small samples to delete the sub-standard indicators and form a preliminary form factor. Based on the analysis, the paper optimized questionnaires and conducted large sample questionnaire survey and analysis. With the help of SPSS, this paper analyzed the reliability of various indicators to enhance the validity of the questionnaire. Then it applied LISREL8.7 to conduct a confirmatory factor analysis of the fitting degrees of various-stairs factors model, indicators of distinction and validity of degrees, conduct a detailed validation and analysis.
