Customer manager is a financial product marketing,market information,customer relationship maintenance,and other functions in one of the core staff.Current with the needs of economic and social development,the financial sector,especially bank loans is no longer just absorb deposits and instead focus on integrated service providers make money,and the bank functions of improving extension to further improve people's quality requirement,therefore,the staff's comprehensive quality level as one of the important factors for examination and assessment of commercial Banks in the future recruitment.In this paper,we take the client manager of PF Commercial Bank as the research object and take the evaluation of competency as the main content of the study,and through the case analysis of PF Commercial Bank,we use the method of behavior interview,questionnaire survey and factor analysis in econometric analysis to develop a comprehensive In-depth research,put forward the specific problems that exist in the process of competency evaluation,the specific factors that affect the evaluation of competency,and put forward some beneficial ideas to optimize the evaluation of client manager.The content of the research includes introduction,theoretical basis and literature review,current situation and existing problems of PF commercial bank,comprehensive evaluation of competence of client manager,evaluation of competency in all aspects of management of PF commercial bank client,and conclusions of the research insufficient.This paper concludes that: PF commercial banks have some problems in the appraisal system of client manager such as lack of scientific examination mechanism and lack of communication in assessment process;A total of 31 indicators have a great influence on the competence of client manager;The selection of candidates based on competency evaluation techniques,the end of the client manager to fulfill their capacity assessment;proposed training content design and improve the performance of client managers are closely related to the level of performance;proposed from the business strategy set the overall performance of the starting point Management objectives,and regularly evaluate the improvement of the competency of the client manager.It is suggested that the remuneration management should consider the external fairness and internal fairness,pay attention to the design of the client manager's supplementary benefits,and the remuneration system needs frequent diagnosis and dynamic adjustment.
