Since the reform and opening up,with the constant opening of the financial market and the booming of SMEs,China's commercial banks have developed rapidly and become an important driving force for the development of the national economy.In the context of the overall progress and development of commercial banks,the development of rural commercial banks is particularly noticeable.However,the development of rural commercial banks is also facing severe challenges,including the challenges of the macroeconomic environment and the challenges of talent and technology.At the same time,the rural commercial bank also faces many problems in single financial products,financial services and the irrational structure of traditional financial habits bound,these problems have hindered the rural commercial banks continue to promote business development,has become a thorny problem plagued the development of the rural commercial bank.In the face of internal and external threats and challenges,the key to rural commercial banks in order to achieve development and breakthroughs lies in the formation of their own competitive advantage through the reform of the internal management system.In all the reforms,the improvement and perfection of the performance appraisal system of the customer manager has the leading and core role and value.Customer manager is a rural commercial bank to build customer relationship,customer relationship maintenance and expansion of the "vanguard",is the organizer and executor of the bank to expand the financial services,is the relationship between commercial banks and customers in rural areas.Through the establishment and improvement of the performance appraisal system of the customer manager,it can stimulate the enthusiasm of the customer manager,improve the efficiency of the bank,and promote the overall development of the rural commercial banks' financial business.This paper makes a comprehensive study of WX rural commercial bank customer manager performance appraisal situation,WX rural commercial bank established a relatively complete performance evaluation index system,to the customer manager's behavior has certain incentive and guidance.However,in the aspects of system structure,risk control,performance evaluation,implementation andequity and communication,there are still some problems and defects to be solved in the performance evaluation system of WX rural commercial banks' customer managers.In view of these problems,this article has carried on the optimized design to this line customer manager performance appraisal system.The first clear customers to optimize the guiding principles for design of performance evaluation system,on this basis,through the organization of work,training,mobilization and optimization work,provide the basic environment for the design optimization measures.Finally,this paper puts forward the performance evaluation index system,strengthen risk control,improve the performance appraisal performance appraisal execution,improve the performance appraisal system of fairness,strengthen the results of performance appraisal linkage reaction specific optimization measures,and from the system security,organizational security and technical support three aspects provide suggestions for the smooth the implementation of optimization scheme.
