To solve the problem of balance assignment between team performance and volunteer preference that reflects personal interests.At the same time of guaranteeing team execution and work efficiency,we also take into account personal preferences of employees to achieve their talents.Talent is a key factor in intelligent manufacturing and the realization of creativity in China.Compared with the individual's creativity,it is more important to bring about the collective creativity of talents.In this process,it is necessary for staff to assign to each job without conflict and to maximize the execution.On the other hand,we also need to consider the enthusiasm of employees,including the psychological preferences of employees for their positions.However,the individual's execution in a certain position often conflicts with the individual's desire.Assignment is an important way of maximizing team interests and is the key to solving the problem of balanced assignment of employees' voluntary preferences.In order to solve this problem,this article uses the background of the division of labor after the rotation of management trainees in the human resources department of a company X.The main contents include: 1)The Role-Based Collaboration(RBC)and E-CARGO models are used to model the assignment problem;2)Based on the established model,a preference gradient function is established,and the original method to solve the balanced assignment of team effectiveness and two-dimensional volunteer preference is proposed,and the problem of two-dimensional volunteer preference and team execution balance is solved;3)Due to the multiplicity and uncertainty of employee's preferences,a multidimensional mapping method was proposed to solve the multi-dimensional volunteer preference balance assignment problem,and extended to the multi-dimensional default value of volunteer preference balance assignment,and established a series of assignment methods to solve the problem of division of tasks under the conflict between team performance and employee volunteer preferences.Quantitative experimental results show that the two-dimensional volunteer preference series assignment method can quickly complete the optimization and task assignment.The multidimensional mapping method solves the multi-dimensional voluntary preference balance assignment problem not only has the characteristics of high efficiency and reliability,but also can avoid the dimension disaster.The humanized balance assignment method not only ensures team execution,but also implements the advanced management concept of “people-oriented and best-effort” by considering employee volunteerism,psychology and preference,satisfying employees' psychological preferences and increasing their work interest.It effectively improves the structure of the company's personnel,guarantees employees' enthusiasm and team cohesion,maximizes the overall execution of the team as much as possible,optimizes personnel production management,and supports industry decision-making.
