With the development of bottleneck assignment problem in production management.Many new problems have appeared,such as non-standard bottleneck assignment problem which the number of tasks and person are different,the restriction element problem which the difference of person operating efficiency are caused by the difference of person's preferences,to solve this problem,we conducted a series of studies in this paper.The details as follow:1,The theory study of the bottleneck assignment problem.After studied the bottleneck assignment problem and propose the groundwork,study in the difference of the different type of this problem,then build the centralized model for this problem.2,Establish the model of m×n type bottleneck assignment problem in fuzzy environment.For the problem in the production management which the number of tasks and people are different,so we built the model of the bottleneck assignment problem in fuzzy environment,constraint condition is one person can do many works and one work can be done by many people.then make the maximum operation time minimize.3,Study m×n type bottleneck assignment problem in fuzzy environment.This paper proposed Improved positive determinant method to get the optimal solution.Used the Yager ranking method to make the fuzzy numbers to be the real number.Then numerical examples are presented to demonstrate how our method work.and propose the sensitive area to solve the situation which the method's defect.4,The application of assemble line assignment problem.Considering the application in company,it contains not only work time but also efficiency which is expressed by personnel fuzzy preference.build the model,then combine the assembly line layout with considering sensitive area and make the problem more meaningful and realistic.
