Facing the uncertain changes of environment,enterprises are increasingly dependent on the everyday creative activities at the organizational level to cope with the crisis and seize opportunities.Therefore,organizational creativity theory has attracted much attention.However,the creative act which is regardless of other people's feeling may destroy the relationship and affection between each other,and go against to subsequent organization activities which can implement the new idea effectively,and even destroy the normal organizational operation,but this phenomenon is often overlooked by western mainstream literatures which explore the influence mechanism of organizational creativity.Therefore,exploring how to make organizational creativity implement better in daily activities,is of great significance to the theoretical study of organizational creativity and the practice of strategy of maintaining the enterprise long-term development.In fact,the new ideas often generate in everyday interactions which comply with the cultural tradition and etiquette,and usually have more real practical significance because of its rationality and social acceptance.Especially under the background of "Qingli" culture,generating useful new ideas often need to comply with the "Qingli" logic or the "Guanxi" rules,in this way,organization members can not only obtain information resources which are good for new ideas by social network,but also make the new idea to be accepted and to be implement timely in the process of respecting others and raising others relational identity.Lirang behaviors complying with the etiquette and custom and the "Renqing" rules in enterprises'everyday interactions,often change the organizational cognitive range by activating situational relationship competence.At the same time,a person's etiquette behavior can convey respect to the other,as a result,not only can avoid destroying the relationship,but also can lead the latter to make a courtesy response accordingly.Therefore,Lirang behavior leaded by "Qing" and root in China's traditional culture,though often neglected easily in everyday interactions,but often occur inadvertently at the micro level of organizational behavior,may be the prerequisite of enterprises to create and use the "unexpected" new ideas.So,in the organization everyday practice,what is the internal mechanism of Lirang shaping organizational creativity?For this purpose,this paper uses qualitative research methods,from the perspective of everyday interactions complying with "Renqing" and "Guanxi",to explore the internal mechanism of Lirang shaping organizational creativity in the context of organizational practice.Therefore,this paper selects a science and technology enterprises' everyday organizational activity as object.The investigators entered the enterprise as an intern,then carried out about a year's in-depth research,and used micro ethnography method for data collection.On this basis,the investigators used the thought of grounded theory and conversation analysis to analyze the ethnographic data.First,number the interaction pieces and code the interaction behavior with the aid of grounded theory,extract the forms of Lirang behavior under different situations and the different stages of organizational creativity;Second,use conversational analysis to analyze the organizational members' specific interpersonal interaction process which are collected by micro ethnography method.The study found that Lirang behavior complying with the "Guanxi" rules,not only promote new ideas by expanding organizational knowledge boundary and changing organizational behavior,and can generate everyday organizational mechanism to lead new idea's co-value activity in the "Renqing" communication of maintaining "Guanxi",in particular,Lirang behavior is conducive to the acceptation of new ideas,and reduce the uncertainty of the new ideas' value creation,as a result shape the organizational creativity.Therefore,this paper expands the study of organizational creativity theory from the behavior mechanism of everyday "Renqing" communication.
