Research On Inventory Management Of Raw Materials Of J Company

With the increasingly severer marketing competition,many enterprises,especially manufacturing enterprises to reduce costs in order to gain a competitive advantage to maintain a stable market share.However,the potential for cost reduction in other sectors of business management is limited and inventory management of raw materials is always the difficulty of the enterprise.Therefore,how to reduce the stock of raw materials and effectively control the inventory cost of raw materials has gradually become the "third profit source" of every manufacturing enterprise.It is of great significance for enterprises to reasonably arrange raw material inventory and reduce raw material inventory cost,and it is benefit to improve company total profit,return on assets and gain competitive advantage.For manufacturing enterprises,the management in the production and processing process is related to the use of raw materials such as the turnover of quantitative indicators.It can be said that inventory management of raw materials is the most important problem.Based on the related theories and methods of raw material inventory management,this paper studies the optimal management of raw material inventory in manufacturing industry and chooses J Company as the research object.Combining to the actual raw material inventory management of J Company,using raw material inventory management theory and methods,and based on the analysis of the product structure,raw material inventory management structure and raw material management system of J Company,this paper analyzes the problems in the raw material inventory management of J Company from purchasing,production.sales and logistics of J Company.And the optimization measures of raw material inventory management in J Company are put forward from by adopting reasonable methods to improve the accuracy of demand forecast;from optimizing the purchasing method to reduce the risk of low raw material inventory;from attaching importance to the middle of raw material in the storehouse management;from establishing the system of all staffs participating in the stock management activities of raw materials,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the optimal management of raw material inventory of J Company.At the same time,we hope to provide reference for the stock management of raw materials in the same industry or related industries.
