With the rapid development of economic globalization,manufacturing enterprises are faced with increasingly complex business environment.Customers' demands are more and more complex and changeable,customers' orders are more and more random,the procurement cycle of raw materials is more and more unstable,the price of raw materials is rising and the minimum order quantity is increasing,which makes enterprises need to constantly control costs to achieve the purpose of profit maximization.The core of the competition between enterprises has become the enterprises in the supply chain competition level.The most critical link of supply chain optimization is the optimization of raw material inventory management.at the same time it also is the key factor realize its value of supply chain.Raw material inventory management level directly decide the enterprise holding cost,storage cost and cash flow,at the same time relates to whether the enterprise can flexibly deal with and meet the market demand,is the key to the success of enterprises.So raw material inventory management by manufacturing processing enterprises more and more attention.A corporation as A large feed production plant,its main business is in development and production of poultry and livestock feed processing.After estimating the historical data of A company,The cost of raw materials was found to account for about 70% of all sales.Therefore,we should pay more attention to the inventory optimization of raw materials Before 2019,Company A always has corresponding deficiencies in raw material inventory management in production and operation activities.Some core indicators,Some core indicators of raw material inventory turnover,and the amount of raw material inventory occupied are very bad.As A result,More inventory management of raw materials occupy a lot of working capital,and also the indicators of operating even more ugly.In order to fully analyze and diagnose the status quo inventory management of raw materials Company A,paper,on the one hand,On the other hand,a quantitative method is used to sort out the shortcomings of A company's raw material inventory management in an all-round way.And come up with some relative improvement scheme according to these deficiencies.Based on the actual historical data of A company,the feasibility of the optimization plan And the validity was verified.The main work of this paper is to conduct relevant research on the new optimization scheme of raw material inventory management.Starting from demand prediction,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of A company's raw material inventory structure,raw material classification,raw material inventory management mode,cooperation and coordination of various departments,supplier management and other aspects,And for the lack of analysis,depending on the control measures to develop optimization.Specific work includes :(1)In terms of demand forecast management,aiming at the problem of inaccurate raw material demand forecast of Company A,this paper USES moving average forecast method,exponential smooth forecast method and ARIMA forecast method respectively to conduct model fitting for the historical demand of raw material corn,and conducts comparative analysis on the fitting results of these three models,and finally comes to the most suitable demand forecasting method for Company A.(2)in terms of raw material classification,this paper adopts the ABC classification,A company of hundreds of raw materials can be divided into three categories,subdividing raw materials management.(3)in inventory strategy,on the basis of the ABC classification,this paper use different inventory strategies for different kinds of raw materials.This article will point ordering strategy is applied to A kind of raw material,regular ordering strategy was applied to class B and class C raw materials.In addition,in the final chapter of this article for raw materials inventory optimization effect and the feasibility is verified.In this paper,the raw material inventory optimization scheme was applied to the practice in production and business operation activities of A company,by contrast,found its inventory capital takes up rate of the raw materials and raw materials inventory turnover days compared with the same period,more significantly improved.Thus,raw material inventory optimization scheme proposed in this paper with high feasibility and high efficiency of A company.Based on different raw material inventory problems targeted put forward the relevant solution to optimize,on the one hand,for A company to have more significant practical significance,on the other hand,for the same category of domestic enterprises with the reference to the corresponding utility.
