In service outsourcing enterprises,the common staff are the key to operation business.Brain drain of common staff are quite serious.The HOST company in this article,it is a service outsourcing company with serious common staff turnover problem.In recent years,the company has been affected by severe loss of turnover,resulting in decline in operational quality and efficiency,rising cost.Based on the theories of organizational behavior,management and human resource management,this paper takes the turnover reasons of the common staff of the service outsourcing enterprise HOST Company and the countermeasures as the research objects.By summarizing the employee opinion census result data and the questionnaire survey to the employees' turnover reasons,it could find that the main reasons for the turnover are that the common staff are dissatisfied with their salary level,the common staff lack career development opportunities and are under heavy working pressure.In response to the above reasons for the turnover of common staff,the paper proposes the corresponding countermeasures: improve the competitiveness of the enterprise in salary and welfare,optimize the employees' career development planning,strengthen the management of enterprise recruitment,and meanwhile promote the humanized management of enterprise to retain common staff.During the research process,the paper mainly combines the literature research method,survey method,case study method,empirical analysis method and deductive method.Its innovation lies in the application and practice of theories.Through the analysis and research on turnover problem of common staff of HOST company,the author combined with relevant theories and characteristics of service outsourcing enterprises,the author proposes corresponding solutions for the purpose of retaining employees.That is the test and promotion of relevant theories in practice and provides very good reference for other industries or enterprises to solve the employees' turnover problem.
