| In the process of China's reform and opening up,family enterprises are rising and become an important part of our economy at this stage.For these family businesses,the most important feature is family management.Although the family management model is a more common form of family business in the early years,and this way also plays a great job in the process of the development and expansion of the family business,but with the development of the market economy and the expansion of the scale of the enterprise,the problems existing in this model are slowly highlighted,family members are specialized.Industry management experience does not match the expanding business scale.Under such circumstances,the introduction of professional managers into family businesses has become a trend.It can be said that professional managers are the inevitable outcome of the development of family businesses to a certain stage.However,at present,our professional manager system is not mature and perfect.There are a series of problems in the process of introducing professional managers.Most of the current studies tend to think that the introduction of professional managers in family businesses can effectively promote the improvement of business performance and the improvement of management system.However,these conclusions are different from those in recent years.In this paper,a case study methods,listed family enterprises in China to do an study of the relationship between professional managers and company performance,trying to find out the problems in the management of family business in our country.The theoretical analysis includes the definition of family businesses,the definition of professional managers,the theory of incentives,the theory of constraints,and the role of them in family businesses.The purpose of theoretical analysis is to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent case study,and hope that case studies in the future can verify relevant theories.Then in the case study part,we analyze the changes in financial performance indicators before and after your company's introduction of professional managers to study the relationship between the introduction of professional managers and company performance.Finally,this paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward the conclusion. |
