Supply Chain Collaborative Study Of SHDQ Business Unit Of MD Company

This paper studies supply chain collaboration from the micro perspective,e.the internal value flow,in three dimensions including market forecast,production plan,purchasing plan.Taking the study of supply chain collaboration as a link,IT,market forecasting and customers' orders as a guide,production plan as a support,MRP theory as a concept,in guiding the production and sale of the enterprise,is a guarantee of balanced production and thus achieving the goal of stable production.It is helpful for rational allocation of enterprise resources,enhancement of profit and the ability in market competition.This paper takes the SHDQ Department of MD Company as the research object,studying the synergy problem of supply and demand,to achieve effective connection among market prediction or customers' needs,production plan and purchase plan.This paper elaborates supply chain collaboration before the reform of SHDQ Department of MD company:First,based on the historical data,predict by using exponential smoothing and moving average prediction model,then choose the prediction model with the highest accuracy for demand prediction.Second,select the production planning and scheduling method with the lowest overall cost after comparing and take it as the optimal plan.Third,formulate the material demand plan under the guidance of MRP theory and then the purchase plan.SHDQ Department of MD Company reforms the way of marketing,to convert from a stocked enterprise into an order oriented manufacturing enterprise.First,make market prediction mainly based on the customer's orders,taking the headquarters' purchase order to balance the market volatility as a supplement in the short term.In the midterm and long term,however,it is mainly based on market prediction.Second,in production planning,take the customer's needs as the major target,and by using the method of linear programming,make full use of existing enterprise resources to achieve maximum benefit.Third,in purchasing planning,with information technology,the enterprise production system is in accordance with supplier inventory,and is able to develop the material shortage report and visualize quantity and time length of material shortage,making sure the arrival of materials on time and stable production.From the aspect of the enterprise internal supply chain coordination,this paper focuses on the optimization of value flow within the enterprise,to enhance the scientific effects of market forecasting,production planning and procurement planning.It is an important reference for the improvement of enterprise production management.
