The Evaluation Of Jiangnan Immigrants' Resettlement Planning In Xunyang County

Ankang,the south city of Shaanxi province and other areas affected by natural conditions,prone to natural disasters,such as landslides,debris flow and so on.Most of the residents affected by the terrain and geological conditions and other factors,can only build the houses on the hillside.In this way,they will not be spared when natural disasters come.Therefore,the relocation of immigrants is imminent to these people.In addition,the southern Shaanxi farmers out of poverty to achieve disaster prevention objectives fundamentally,the implementation of the relocation and resettlement is the most effective way.Although the placement of residential construction level is increasing,the living conditions of residents has improved,but which is still far away from the goal of development.This requires that in the early stage of the construction of resettlement area needs high standards and strict requirements,and gradually to improve the planning and design in order to meet the requirements after entering the construction market.This paper is based on the research content of the Xunyang County Jiangnan immigrant resettlement district planning and evaluation.Xunyang County as one of the most rapidly developing counties in Ankang,In recent years,the urbanization rate increased significantly.The problems most of the residents faced with have changed from the housing problem' s single solution to improve the quality of life,and choose a better living conditions.This requires that the relevant departments in the placement of residential planning and evaluation of the program should have higher requirements.This paper takes the planningand design of Xunyang County Jiangnan immigrant resettlement district as an example.First of all,analyzed the upper planning of the Jiangnan immigrant resettlement area,through the comparison of the existing planning evaluation methods,summarized the existing planning and design evaluation method and pointed out its shortcomings,finally proposed a more systematic and comprehensive evaluation method,which is based on the entropy weight method to evaluate the planning scheme of the residential district.At the end of the paper,the research content was briefly summarized,and pointed out the future research direction and the problem that need to be solved.Based on the research method used in this paper,whether it has universal applicability also requires more practical research to demonstrate.The purpose of this paper is to provide some suggestions for the improvement of the relevant departments for the evaluation of residential planning and design scheme.
