Research On Risk Identification And Prevention Countermeasures Of A Guarantee Project Of H Guarantee Company

China's SMEs are an important component of China's national economic development and they are also an important starting point for promoting the stable development of the socialist market economy.In reality,the reality of financing difficulties has long-term implications for the long-term development of SMEs.Bank credit is the key to the source of funding for SMEs in China,but it is affected by factors such as bank ratings and high risk of SME development,leading to large gaps in the financing of credit between banks and SMEs.As the development of China's guarantee industry matures,credit guarantee agencies have made up for the lack of communication between banks and enterprises.This study sorted out the relevant reference documents of credit guarantee both at home and abroad,and based on the definition of basic concepts,the risk management theory was used to explore the issue of SME project risk management in China.In order to ensure the objectivity of the study,the A guarantee project of H Guaranty Company was introduced.Based on the external environment and internal control perspectives,the risk factors of A guarantee project were qualitatively analyzed,and then AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were used.The law,based on corporate governance risk,financial risk,operational risk,guarantee risk,environmental risk and guarantee company risk,six secondary indicators and 24 tertiary indicators constructs a risk assessment index system for guarantee projects,and quantitatively analyzes the index system index weights.Clarify the important factors affecting the A-guarantee program.In response to the objective problems existing in the A guarantee project,relevant countermeasures and suggestions were proposed from the aspects of strengthening project information management,constructing a risk warning mechanism,improving the company's risk management system,and strengthening the internal management of the company,to prevent the development of such risk issues.It will provide a certain reference for guarantee project risk management research and provide some reference for the scientific management of guarantee company projects risk in reality.
