Financial Control In Risk Management Of Finance Lease Project

In today's economy,the economic environment of increasingly fierce competition atmosphere,tend to be long-term survival of the enterprise depends on the internal management level,project management has been known gradually,enhance the level of project management has become one of the big enterprise survival tool.The late development of project management in China,the management level is relatively backward,and the successful cases are less,and it is not difficult to find the influence of financial factors is very critical.Large companies need to learn how to improve the project management level,and the project management of small and medium-sized enterprises can even affect their survival.Based on project management for financial leasing as an example,this paper combined with the project risk management theory,the financial leasing project risk identification,project financing lease usually have the characteristics of long cycle,large capital demand,need to exert the leverage effect,optimize the financing structure.In the risk management of financial leasing project,the financial control concept is introduced,and financial indicators are used to evaluate the finance lease item.Using the project life cycle theory in combination with the practical process of financial leasing project,the project is divided into before the rent,rent,rent after three stages,respectively from the three stages of depth profiling,early by financial control means to find the problems existing in the management of the lessee,the possible risks.Medium by measuring the project profitability,formulate reasonable repayment plan and select the appropriate financing rates,to optimize the effect of financing structure.Stage after rent on a regular basis to the lessee to make the necessary review,review,use qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis for wind hint,look for risk factors,to make effective risk countermeasure,to avoid possible some risk in the project.
