XH Financing Lease Project Risk Research

Financing lease as a new financing tool first developed in the western developed countries,this kind of financing and financial,trade and technology updates in one of the new financial model,compared to bank financing for renting company approval is loose,the required material is relatively simple,risk control method is more flexible,solved the tenant enterprise demand for production equipment,very suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises.Now,under the help of policy,our country finance lease amount has reached more than 9000 enterprises,involved in many domains such as planes,ships,cars,houses,has unshakable position in the capital market.As financing lease market continues to heat up,also reflects the unknown because of incomplete market regulation mechanism,policy guidance,risk consciousness and so on reasons,lead to project risk of frequent phenomenon,serious impact on the project and the safety of the enterprise financing lease.This paper studies and analyzes the risks of financing leasing project of XH company.Firstly,the concept of finance lease and risk management is defined,and the present situation of relevant theoretical research at home and abroad is briefly described.Secondly,the characteristics and corresponding risks of the financing lease project of GY company are analyzed.Again,through the risk identification,risk analysis,risk evaluation of three steps,the GY company and engaged in photoelectric products manufacturing XH company financing lease after-sales leaseback project cases are studied,anticipation of possible risks,an overall evaluation of XH project,to determine whether the project is feasible and perfect the risk coping strategies,ensure project safety recovery.
