Based On The Perspective Of Supply Chain Of Pharmaceutical Enterprises Lean Cost Management Research

Under the background of the supply-side reform and the "Internet +",the pharmaceutical companies are gradually moving towards regionalization,formalization,centralization and characterization,the operating environment of pharmaceutical enterprises has changed a lot.Now,a lot of drugs on the market emerge in endlessly,generic drugs are serious.The cost pressure of various pharmaceutical companies is huge.Nowadays,many huge pharmaceutical companies are committed to improving corporate governance.Excavate the potential of all aspects of corporate operations management.So,how can pharmaceutical companies develop in the future ?This article starts with the supply chain perspective,combined with lean thinking,cost management,which is suitable for the development of pharmaceutical enterprises.Follow this,it can inspire the enthusiasm of their employees,enhance their own management level,magnify the competitive advantage.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,purpose and significance of studying this case by summarizing the domestic and foreign lectures on lean cost management and combines theories of lean cost management,supply chain,cost management to find a theoretical system of lean cost management from the perspective of supply chain.Secondly,this paper analyzes the running situation of pharmaceutical industry and finds out some problems of cost management in the pharmaceutical industry.Finally,the paper chooses the Y pharmaceutical enterprises as a case to study the existing problems and design the lean cost management system,which is included procurement,production and marketing.In the end,according to the exposing problems,the paper created lean cost management system,which is suitable for Y pharmaceutical enterprises and includes four main steps,for example lean design,procurement,production and sales.
