With China's economic development entering the "new normal",the food industry has changed from subsistence consumption to healthy and enjoyable consumption,from eating and eating to the basic guarantee of food safety,health and food consumption diversification.In the development of food processing industry,at the same time,we must continuously improve the proportion of highend technology,products and services,improve total factor productivity.However,with the increasingly fierce competition in the domestic and international market environment,the traditional food processing industry is facing many problems,such as high pressure and low profit,which seriously limits the effective transformation and upgrading of the enterprise.At the same time,more and more food processing enterprises begin to seek a cost control way suitable for scientific development in the environment where product sales price tends to be stable.GT food company is a private food processing enterprise which can produce canned fresh fruit.At present,the traditional cost control concept is still adopted,which leads to poor operating efficiency.This paper applies the concept of lean management to the GT food company,a traditional food processing enterprise,which has been shining in the large manufacturing industry.Feasibility study on cost control of lean manufacturing management in non large manufacturing enterprises.This paper first elaborated the lean management,cost control and other related theories,put forward the GT food company in the traditional cost control problems,and made a detailed analysis of the causes of the problem.Then use the lean management concept from several supply chain procurement,inventory,logistics,marketing and other aspects of the GT food company's own characteristics,Treatment method of related cost control under lean management concept,and finally apply it to the GT food company in the actual production,so that food processing enterprises cost control using lean management concept can also reach to help enterprises achieve the transformation and upgrading,improve the business benefits.
