Performance Analysis Of Guangdong Provincial Government Based On Super Efficiency And SFA Model

Based on the 33 index system issued by the state,this paper uses some data from the Statistical Yearbook of Guangdong Province to analyze and model government performance.First of all,in terms of index selection and processing,the indicators are selected from two aspects of economic and public services,and the indicators are given a certain weight based on the previous survey results.In terms of selection methods,this paper uses the DEA-BCC model,the DEA-Malmquist index model,and the super-efficient DEA model to assess the performance of the Guangdong provincial government in terms of economic development and public services.Finally,using SFA to model the factors that affect government performance.The government's performance in economic and public services is analyzed from both horizontal and vertical directions,and the government efficiency of the Guangdong economy and basic public services are compared.Empirical evidence shows that the economic efficiency of Guangdong Province is greater than that of basic public services,and the difference between regions is more significant.The efficiency of the government in the Pearl River Delta region is generally higher than that of the eastern,western and northern Guangdong regions.In terms of economy,the per capita GDP of the Pearl River Delta region has a significant impact on government performance.These local governments have paid too much attention to the growth of GDP and are not conducive to the sustainable development of the region.Among the factors affecting the government's economic performance,GDP per capita plays a negative role in government performance management.In terms of basic public services,public service investment has gradually increased,but its technical efficiency is not high.Especially in the area of social health care,in the case of redundancy,the output is inefficient.The influencing factors of basic public service performance,the impact of the tertiary industry's added value on the account's Kungfu performance is not significant.
