Research On The Components And Relations Of The Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Based On The "Internet Plus" Background

In recent years,the employment situation is becoming more and more severe,and many people are distressed by the lack of satisfactory work.The development of the Internet has brought opportunities to people.Some people begain to use the Internet to start a business.It is to use entrepreneurship as a way to achieve employment.The success of a business,however,does not only require a person to have some resources,It also needs to take advantage of the external environment,That is the help of other elements in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.Based on this,This article studies the components and relationships of the entrepreneurial ecosystem based on the "Internet Plus" background.The article first combed the related literature of the two core concepts of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and "Internet Plus",finally,the Internet start-ups are selected as the research object.Then the article adopts the method of grounded theory.The article collects data through a combination of deep interviews and secondhand information.According to the interview results,The article determines the new enterprise ? Investment and financing institutions ? Entrepreneurial motivation ? Intermediaries(Internet platform)and Research Institutes(Information and Communication technology)As the most important component of the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem.Policy and market run through the whole process of the process of entrepreneurship.There are also some resources that are not particularly important in the new era of Internet companies.So the authors put them in the "other".Policy,market,and other unity are placed in the entrepreneurial situation,and they are not discussed in detail.The following data analysis is carried out by the construction of the three level encoding of the grounded theory.Finally,The relationship model between the components of the entrepreneurial ecosystem Based on the "Internet Plus" background is constructed on the premise of the saturation test.After the above research,the article draws the following main conclusions:(1)From the micro level,the paper finds the different components of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and the changes in the importance of the elements in the "Internet plus" background.That is,in the start-up period of the enterprise,In addition to including law firms,intermediaries also include the Internet platform;In addition to the research institutes,the research institutes include information and communication technology.In addition to including venture capital companies and banks,investment and financing institutions also include the Internet financial platform.These elements are also the most important in the initial business period.The relationship model between the components of the entrepreneurial ecosystem Based on the "Internet Plus" background is constructed.And the article concretely interprets these relationships by constructing the model.(1)The goal of mutual benefit and mutual benefit is the aim of investment and venture enterprises.But the two will choose each other and game each other.The enterprise is usually based on the availability of funds,and usually chooses the venture capital company or the Internet financial platform to finance.Investment institutions mainly focus on the individual characteristics of the venture,the market and the entrepreneurs,the rate of return on investment,and so on.(2)Entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs.Entrepreneurial motivation promotes the emergence and development of entrepreneurial enterprises.Entrepreneurial experience and relational network promote entrepreneurial enterprises to improve rules and regulations,establish corporate culture and so on.At the same time,they also help enterprises to get support from other elements.(3)Entrepreneurs and research institutes(information and communication technology).The entrepreneur's prior experience and relational network can help entrepreneurs acquire certain Internet application technology and use the Internet to transmit information.Identify technical gaps quickly and learn more skills from the surrounding environment in the process of entrepreneurship.(4)Entrepreneurs and Intermediaries(Internet platforms).The entrepreneur's prior experience and relational network can help entrepreneurs understand the advantages and disadvantages of each Internet platform and choose the platform that is most suitable for them,so as to maintain the platform and ensure the good operation of the platform.(5)Institute of scientific research(information and communication technology)and intermediaries(Internet platform).The information and communication technology can help the enterprise select and maintain the normal operation of the Internet platform.The Internet platform will also constantly identify and actively promote the enterprise to update its information and communication technology.(6)Intermediaries(Internet platform)and entrepreneurs.The Internet platform and the enterprise are mutual influence and mutual choice.Business enterprises should choose their own Internet platform to operate.The Internet platform requires the enterprise to abide by the rules of the platform,the management of honesty andso on.(3)Comparative analysis of the conclusions of the study with those of the existing literature reveals the uniqueness of this research.(1)In the "Internet plus" background,factors of Internet banking platform,information communication technology and the Internet platform for new plays an important role for start-ups.(2)Second,in the initial stage of enterprise development,the relative importance and relationship of the components of its entrepreneurial ecosystem are significantly different from those of other stages.Finally,the article summarizes the deficiencies in the study and puts forward the prospect of the future research.
