Research On The Constituent Elements Of Makerspace And Knowledge Co-creation Based On SDT Theory

In the context of innovation-driven strategy,makerspace is a new paradigm of innovation and entrepreneurship service that conforms to the characteristics and development trend of the era of web2.0 and innovation 2.0.Driven by the strategy of the public entrepreneurship and innovation,makerspace has become a new carrier and platform to support innovation and entrepreneurship,and gradually promote economic transformation.Its essence is to provide innovative and entrepreneurial services,resources and knowledge for enterprises or users by sharing the platform.Knowledge management theory and practice combination is still an urgent problem for most enterprises,including makerspace.Therefore,how to apply knowledge to makerspace and promote knowledge co-creation is the main content of this paper under the condition of complete space facilities.Based on SDT theory,crowdsourcing innovation theory and service dominant logic theory,this paper takes makerspace as the research object,and focuses on the problem of "how to promote knowledge co-creation by the constituent elements of makerspace".It mainly discusses the following three questions:(1)What are the constituent elements of makerspace?(2)How to coordinate between the various elements?(3)What is the mechanism of knowledge co-creation in the makerspace?In order to illustrate the above three issues,based on Han(2017)and Nguyen(2017)research,this paper construct a model of "Constituent elements-Coordination Mechanism-Knowledge co-creation",and validates and revise the conceptual model by using regression analysis and AMOS by issuing 267 valid questionnaires.Through the above research,this paper mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)From the perspective of SDT theory,the elements of makerspace can be divided into economic,social and technological elements,and economic and social elements dominate.As a new type of innovation and entrepreneurship platform,makerspace aims to build a good entrepreneurial atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurial activities,mainly providing one-stop services for start-up enterprises.The most lacking of start-up enterprises entering the makerspace is investment and financing,funds and guidance services.The makerspace mainly provides services in these two aspects:① One of the environmental elements for the survival of start-up enterprises is the funds,that is,the support of economic elements can help the enterprises to solve the initial funding problems,provide companies with cost,materials,training courses and other cost concessions.② Makerspace is a company that gathers in an innovative space and cooperates with each other to provide social elements such as entrepreneurial tutors,entrepreneurial expert counseling,regular entrepreneurial presentations and sharing sessions,especially in the field of colleges and universities.The application,sharing knowledge at different discipline levels,and strengthening the study of professional knowledge,can provide enterprises with new domain knowledge and solid theoretical guidance.(2)Introduce the coordination mechanism and construct a model of"Constituent elements-Coordination mechanism-Knowledge co-creation" to reveal the mechanism of the influence of constituent elements on knowledge co-creation.The partial mediation role of the coordination mechanism between the constituent elements and the knowledge co-creation breaks the black box between the constituent elements and the knowledge co-creation.Formal coordination can increase the understanding of tasks,can be guided by specific behaviors and systems,promote a harmonious environment,and enhance knowledge co-creation.In a dynamic environment,informal coordination is becoming more and more important.As an open platform,as a result of the development of entrepreneurial activities and providing a large amount of resources for the enterprises to be settled,appropriate reinforcement of informal coordination will be enhanced.The interaction and interaction of entrepreneurs within the enterprise,the rational use of resources,to achieve knowledge co-creation.(3)Construct an ecological chain with knowledge as the main body.The knowledge co-creation in the makerspace follows the SECI model.From the perspective of the knowledge ecosystem,the analysis of the makerspace helps to clarify the operational requirements of the makerspace.As an innovative and entrepreneurial ecosystem,makerspace is based on the knowledge-based ecological chain.It mobilizes the broad communication and sharing enthusiasm of the makers in the makerspace,and regularly organizes sharing activities,creative exchanges and external knowledge ecosystems.Exchange activities,strengthen the effect of industrial clusters,establish mutual trust between each other,improve the speed of knowledge co-creation,and improve the knowledge ecosystem of the makerspace by the people.
