Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Technological Knowledge Base Diversity On Breakthrough Technological Innovation Behavior

With an increasingly fierce market competition,how to effectively improve the competitive advantage of a company's development while adapting to the complex and volatile external environment is a problem that needs special attention in the process of growth and development of an enterprise.However,a single basis of technological knowledge will lead enterprises to struggle in the innovation competition and requires diverse knowledge to provide a solid technical foundation for the company's breakthrough technological innovation behavior.In order to enable a more efficient transformation of a diversified technological knowledge base into a breakthrough technological innovation behavior,it is often necessary for companies to have high technical management capabilities to transform resources more efficiently.In addition,companies cannot carry out innovative activities in a closed environment.They need to rely on the operating network to obtain external resources.Senior executives,as the group with the most autonomy in the control of resources,have a very important influence on the perceptions of innovation and guide the flow of resources to innovation,and ultimately affect the innovative behavior of firms.This paper analyzes the influence of technological knowledge base diversity on breakthrough technological innovation behavior based on knowledge-based theory and resource dependence theory.This thesis uses the data of Chinese manufacturing listed companies from 2013 to 2015 as research samples,and from the perspective of senior management social capital,demonstrates how technological management capabilities influence the relationship between technical knowledge base diversity and breakthrough technological innovation behaviors.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)the diversity of technological knowledge has a positive impact on the breakthrough technological innovation behavior.(2)Technology management capabilities play a positive moderating role in the relationship between technical knowledge base diversity and breakthrough technological innovation behavior.(3)The social capital of senior executives plays a positive reinforcement role in the moderating of technology management capabilities.According to the results obtained,corresponding suggestions were made for the company.
