With the rapid development of China's economy over the last 30 years,ecological environment deterioration and natural resources depletion are becoming more and more evident.The current rough development of economy is unsustainable and must be transformed to innovation-driven growth pattern.Social innovation is inseparable from enterprise innovation,and desirable enterprise innovation can only be achieved by well accomplishing the innovation projects with high quality.So excellent quality management plays an important role in the successful achievement of the projects and now more and more enterprises come to realize the importance of project quality management.In this paper,quality management of the barcode thermal print head project in L company is taken as the research object.Through analysis to the existing project management status and internal organizations in L,and in accordance with the features of L's barcode project,this paper first confirms that quality management in this project is faced with two major problems: frequent occurrence of quality problems and slow solutions to them.Then targeted methods are proposed for proper quality management in the project planning stage and the project implementation stage respectively.In the project planning stage: through analysis to quality planning methods of the project,it is determined that the project quality function deployment is used to collect customer's demands and convert the demands into technical parameters.On this basis,the quality house is built so that the preliminary quality planning can be realized and reasonable quality objectives established;through analysis to quality objectives,the quality control points and control measures are determined,thus achieving process planning;and through the construction of a new complex organizational structure,the realization of quality objectives is provided with system support.With above-mentioned methods,a high level of quality planning can be achieved in the project planning stage,thus effectively reducing the quality problems.In the project implementation stage: through analysis to quality control and improvement methods of the project,it is determined that the enriched PDCA cycle should be applied therein.In the quality control aspect,PDCA cycle is put to use through educating and training personnel,improving the quality control standards,establishing inspection responsibility system and implementing standardization.In the quality improvement aspect,based on the PDCA cycle,the quality management 7 tools and orthogonal test method as well as Minitab software analysis are synthetically used to solve quality problems occurred.With above-mentioned methods,a rapid solution to the project quality problems can be concluded.The successful application of various quality management methods effectively solves problems in the quality management of the project,hence the project can be completed on time and with high quality.By carrying on the project,a set of project quality management system which is suitable for the development of L is explored out.This exploration not only gathers experience for developing new projects of L and improves the company whole management level,but also serves as a useful reference to other small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises as to how to conduct project quality management in technological innovations.
