A Study On The Sino-Korean Economic And Trade Cooperation Of "The Belt And Road" Strategy

Given the recent developments in the Korean Peninsula,nuclear and missile tests by North Korea are causing among neighboring countries.This is considered to be the absence of a sense of community and of a country that leads the development of the region on behalf of member states in the Northeast Asia.Of course,there are many challenges from both inside and outside among member states such as the Korea-U.S.alliance,historical issues and territorial disputes as well as the alliance between China and North Korea.Thus,the development of the Northeast Asian region cannot be achieved by the cooperation of some countries.Only if work together in cooperation with neighboring countries it is easier to bring peace and prosperity to Northeast Asia.Under the china's pushing forward “The Belt and Road” strategy because it is thought that there is a need to jointly push ahead with neighboring countries in Northeast Asia this research to smoothly proceed Sino-Korean economic and trade cooperation in the region introduces Korea's “Eurasia Initiative” and then suggests it is necessary to be interlinked with China's“The Belt and Road” initiative.In order to maintain peace and stability in Northeast Asia,The role of China cannot be overemphasized enough,but also China's leading role can lead to active engagement and cooperation with neighboring countries in Northeast Asia.Prior to this,South Korea and China bring North Korea back to six-party talks and handle the North Korea's nuclear issue smoothly on the Korean Peninsula.In addition,to open a path of external opening and self-reliance to North Korea this research proposes a suitable economic cooperative model against the backdrop of Northeast Asia as the model of the European Union.In response,“The Greater Tumen Initiative” was presented as an example.This is an economic development model through cooperation among local governments,and there are two Single economic blocs in the region.One is the Single economic block connecting Bohai economic circle of China,The Yellow Sea economic circle of North Korea and the West Coast economic zone of South Korea,the other is the Single economic block connecting Posyet of Russia,Rajin-Pioneer of North Korea,Hunchun-Tumen of China and Sokcho-Pusan of South Korea.Based on the Korea-China FTA,the two countries will establish Free trade area abroad,where can realize Zone economy along with neighboring countries.Therefore,the two countries can open a path of external opening and self-reliance to North Korea.In addition,for the necessity of interlinking with Korea's “Eurasia Initiative” by linking the infrastructure facilities(TMGR,TMR)of the Northeast Asia region to Korea's TKR,where “The Belt and Road” can be realized.Furthermore,as the economic value of Northeast Asia continues to rise,companies around the world will gather together and become the hub of the world.To this end,peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula remains constant,and cooperation between Korea and China is absolutely essential.This research under the “The Belt and Road” strategy emphasized the importance of the Chinese role and proposed a policy proposal in five places for cooperation with neighboring countries.
