The Northeast Asian Economic Cooperation Under The Belt And Road Strategy

After 1990s,the global economic landscape has changed markedly.Large and small trading organizations are springing up,economic activities cross regions and borders spread over the whole world.In this process,countries and regions of the world all realize that bilateral and multilateral relations should be improved,continue to strengthen the international cooperations,exert comparative advantages,obtain more and more national interests.The volume of trade among countries in Northeast Asia has increased year by year,local governments carry out cooperations in various fields,subregional cooperation has also formed a certain scale,but the degree of overall economic cooperation is very limited,far below other regional groupings.The Northeast Asian region has not exerted its economic potential,not only restricts the rapid development of the countrys' economy in the region,but also affects its status in the international community.In ancient China,after Zhang Qian was sent to the Western Regions,the road of trade between the East and the West had been opened up,formed a number of business roads connecting Europe,Asia and Afric,appeared the flourishing scene of Han and Tang Dynasties.Current China,the rate of economic growth slowed down,the side effects of rapid growth are also emerging,"The Belt and Road" strategy put forward,in line with the current economic situation,in line with China's national conditions,not only can strengthen the inter-regional cooperation,revitalize the economic stock,consume the excess capacity,at the same time,the output of capital can be used to drive the output of the capacity,reverse the dilemma of China's balance of payments,enhance international status.The current research on " The Belt and Road ",most of them aimed at the hinterland countries of Asia and Europe,few studies have been done on the Northeast." The Belt and Road " strategy only comprises Mongolia and Russia in Northeast Asia,Northeast Asia can not be a strategic focus,due to multiple reasons,the current plight of cooperation has caused countries to lose their past enthusiasm,but it is undeniable that still need to continued cooperation in Northeast Asia."The Belt and Road"strategy is a new beginning,after Northeast Asia blend in it,the cooperation will achieve a qualitative improvement.The first chapter of this paper is an introduction,the second chapter introduces the theories of regional and subregional economic cooperation,the third chapter studies the necessity and feasibility of Northeast Asia integrate into the "The Belt and Road" strategy,the fourth chapter analyzes the current situation and problems of economic cooperation in Northeast Asia,the fifth chapter discusses the "The Belt and Road" construction brings new opportunities for Northeast Asia,Pointed out thatthe new path of the Northeast Asia economic cooperation under "The Belt and Road" strategy:actively docking with other countries' Strategies,guide North Korea and strive for Japan to integrate into this strategy.the three provinces of Northeast China try their best to solve the problems of their own development,local governments in other countries have to work hard together to help Northeast Asia achieve interconnection,enterprises stick to paying equal attention to" introduction" and "go out".
