Project Planning And Risk Management Of An IMS Commercial Trial Network In A Province

The communications industry is a strategic industry in the national economy.Convergence is a major trend in the communications industry today.Firstly,this paper studies the problems that may be encountered in project management and risk management in the construction of IMS commercial network in S Province.Firstly,it explores the theoretical basis of project planning and risk management,and studies the definitions of related concepts Research ideas,analysis of S provincial PSTN network status and the progress of a project,according to the overall demand,scientifically calculated IMS network access requirements.Secondly,make corresponding arrangement to the project from aspects of technology and progress,and evaluate the project from the aspects of economic benefits,social benefits and organization and management.Finally,through expert interviews and other ways to determine the possible risks of the project,the risk factors are quantitatively analyzed respectively by AHP method,and the countermeasures and measures are given to deal with the key risk factors that need attention.In view of the complex structure of L's data business,S Province is a large coastal province in east China.The IMS system built in this project is of systematic importance in China's communication system.The purpose of this paper is to make the project's life cycle reasonable through scientific methods Through rigorous analysis and demonstration,we can forecast and quantify the degree of harm of risk factors and make corresponding planning arrangements.
