Network Communication Enterprise Project Communication Management Research

With the development of the internet and the economy,modern enterprise pa y attention to communication management.And a good communication can not only arouse the enthusiasm of staff,but also can improve work efficiency,promote the development of the company at the same time.For network communication of the nature of the enterprise,the projects can achieve by improvement team,so the effective communication of relevant personnel decide the success of project.But from the point of view of the current development of practical,as a result of the project region,the differences between the whole team is difficult to communicate,seriously hindered the development of the project.Based on DH company network communication in the project communication management as the research object,Used in project management tools and methods to analyze the company project communication management in identifying stakeholders,communication planning,information release and communication process of monitoring and reporting the problems existing in the performance,DH company project communication management,the main problem is the bad communication effect and the low efficiency,the root cause is not appropriate to the project stakeholders to identify,not properly analyze the stakeholders' needs,and the other factors that affect communication.According to stakeholder analysis,communication,planning and effective communication three main problems by using path graph,the WBS communication model,information,business information model and the project communication management planning and management tools such as suggestions for improvement measures are put forward.In this paper,through depicting the project information path graph method to determine the project stakeholders,through the use of business information model to analyze the stakeholders needs.To apply countermeasures company project case is serious,the countermeasure of the implementation of the effect evaluation,verification and confirm the effectiveness of the suggested measures and its positive influence on such projects.
