Research On Service Management System Of NG Industrial Park

NG industrial park,a conventional manufacturing park constructed since 1988,is located in the Nangang town,Huang Pu district,eastern Guangzhou.The park servicing management still stays in a traditional way,which exists many problems like lack of service kind,low-level,method outdated,and the service quality is uncertain with highly random.AS the service lagging behind and incompatibility with the regional economic and social development seriously,the park exists a gap to become an effective carrier and booster for the national 'supply-side' reformation,'innovation-driven' strategy and 'double-creation'policy.The business management method and service model of the park needs to be reconstructed urgently.This paper based on service blueprint theory and PCN analysis method,combined with Internet and big-data as the core of the high-tech,rebuilds and optimized the NG park service management.The article objectively analyzes the various problem existing in the service management of NG industrial park,presents the origin of the problems.Based on the researches and practical experiences in service management at home and abroad,this paper provides a new relocation and plan for the park,and designs a service management using the Internet and modern high-tech,service management,service blueprint theory and PCN analysis methods,centering on the core concept of 'customer centricity',to optimizing the main business service processes,standardize and conventionalize the services,and to achieving the goal of 'the information run more,the customers run less'.In the meanwhile,the paper emphasizes to solid the service management supporting system,using balance scorecard,queuing algorithm and other technologies to ensure the optimal design of the service management system and service process to be continued healthy operated.As the research results of this paper,the standardized service and process of the industrial park is applied in the<Huangpu District NG Industrial Park Deepening Planning Scheme(2017)>and<Huangpu NG Industrial Park Redevelopment Commercial Planning(2017)>.The results also make a great significance for the reconstruction of service management system and the improvement of the service management level for other industrial parks.
