Research On Integrated Enterprise Service Management Of A Biomedical Industrial Park

The biomedical industry is a strategic industry with strong vitality and growth in China.The outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and Vision 2035 of the People’s Republic of China was officially released on March 12,2021,making it clear that China will strengthen strategic scientific and technological forces,focusing on the development of biomedical and other industries,and promoting innovation in biotechnology and information technology.The sudden outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on the global economy.Effectively curbing the spread of the epidemic,and developing preventive vaccines and effective drugs have become the top priority of epidemic prevention and control in all countries around the world,as well as the key to the restart of the world economy.The biomedical industry bears unprecedented responsibilities.Against the background of the rapid development of the global biomedical industry,China’s biomedical industry will usher in a new development draught,and the next five years will be a critical period for the transformation and upgrading of China’s biomedical industry.Biomedical industrial park has become an important carrier of the development of the biomedical industry by its advantages in industrial agglomeration.Under the general trend of dual circulation,how to promote the healthy development of enterprises,improve the industrial ecological chain of the park,and integrated development together with enterprises in the park has become an important topic for the operating of the industrial park.Based on industrial cluster theory,industrial symbiosis theory,and evaluation theory,combined with the characteristics of the biomedical industry,this study took the integrated service and management of biomedical industrial park as the research object,focusing on the operation and management of the industrial park.Firstly,from the micro perspective of Park operating enterprises,taking A biomedical industrial park as an example,this paper discussed and analyzed the problems and management puzzles existing in the integrated service and management.Secondly,based on the actual situation of A biomedical industrial park,collected and sorted out the information and data of enterprise information,business form,organizational structure,talent structure,scientific and technological achievements,and other aspects by the field research method.At the same time,the methods of questionnaire and interview were used to understand the actual needs and evaluation of the service management effect,on the enterprises settled in the park and the relevant units of the industrial chain.Thirdly,after systematic analysis and summary,formulated an integrated enterprise service management optimization scheme for A biomedical industrial park,that was,associate with the industrial chain to prepare to build an Industrial Research Institute,connect with the service chain to build a comprehensive service platform in the park,and connect with the innovation chain to build a "new gate"biomedical exhibition platform.Finally,using AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,this paper constructed the evaluation index system of the effect of integrated enterprise service management,which included three first-class indexes,such as resource integration ability,operation management effect,and park brand attraction,and also 17 second-class indexes,and then established the effect evaluation model,calculated and analyzed A biomedical industrial park,and obtained the evaluation results.Through the research and practice on the operation and management of A biomedical industrial park,the integrated enterprise service management scheme of A biomedical industrial park is improved and optimized,and a systematic service management effect evaluation index system is established,which has important practical significance for the operators of the park to formulate the enterprise development strategy.At the same time,it will provide experience and reference for the operation and management of domestic biomedical industrial parks.
