Research On Mode Of Management Control In State-owned Enterprise Group Based On Contingency Theory

Over the past decade or so,the reform of state-owned enterprises has made brilliant achievements,and the strength of state-owned enterprises is beyond doubt.However,some deep-seated group control reasons that restrict the development of state-owned enterprises are gradually exposed.The first is the inadequacy.The second is group sticky difference.The third is unclear positioning.The fourth is the imbalance of centralization and decentralization.The control of the group's parent company is not allowed to lead to failure of management and control.Therefore,it is a powerful guarantee to promote the sustainable development of the group to improve the control level of the state-owned enterprises to their subsidiaries and select a suitable group management and control mode.Taking W state-owned enterprise group as an example,starting from contingency theory,I will point out that the management mode of enterprise groups is not static but dynamic.The first step is to summarize the contingency factors that significantly affect the W group by reading a large number of literature to reject the concept repetition and the contingency factors that have no obvious support and weak support for the group pattern selection.The third step is to determine the weight value of different contingency factors by means of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and quantify and display the relevant contingency indicators,thus providing the corresponding data support for the selection of the control mode of the parent company to the subsidiary company.The fourth step,through the reform group in view of the reality of W group to score,so as to get the most suitable control mode,that is,the strategic control mode.Finally,put forward the corresponding implementation strategy to cooperate with the implementation of the new management mode of W group.I hope to help the state-owned enterprise group realize the reasonable,scientific and effective management model with the help of relevant research to provide new ideas for the sustainable development of state-owned enterprises.
