In recent years,the development of the liquor industry is saturated,and the competition between the industry and the industry is becoming increasingly fierce.As the leading brand of high-end liquor in Jiangsu province,King's Luck Corp should strengthen strategic management and enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises in the fierce market competition environment.With the rapid development of Internet technology and ecommerce is becoming more and more mature,traditional industries have joined the "Internet plus" strategy,which gain the government's affirmation and support in policy.Therefore,the company should grasp the strategic choice of the enterprise from a strategic management perspective,the implement of the "Internet plus" strategy is to upgrade and create favorable conditions for the development of enterprise transformation and upgrading and the future developmentThrough literature review,this article analysis the status quo of King's Luck Corp based on the strategic management of the external environment and internal environment.This paper construct SWOT strategic choice matrix with the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of the King's Luck Corp,and put forward countermeasures and guarantee measures for the implementation of strategic management.In terms of the structure of the article,this thesis first summarizes research status of strategic management development at home and abroad,and grasp of the relevant research direction and the deficiency of existing research.Secondly,with the use of PEST analysis and five forces model,the analysis of the external environment of King's Luck Corp found that the Internet plus policy support and income structure change provide an important opportunity for the development of King's Luck Corp.At the same time,the company face the threats of macroeconomic changes and the competition in the industry.Thirdly,from analysis of the internal resources,ability of enterprise development,Internet plus development for,we have found that the enterprises have advantages of the brand,technology and resources,and the disadvantages that development ability is declining and marketing costs are too high.Finally,based on the analysis of the internal and external environment,this paper constructs SWOT strategic choice matrix,which help the enterprise to seize opportunities and challenge threat.Thus,the company should develop the strategy from the perspective of accurate strategic positioning,cultivating the core competitiveness,the development of the Internet technology and the diversification.As for safeguard measures,companies need to develop strategic layout,improve enterprise system,strengthen marketing incentive and employee training,develop Internet plus pricing and marketing strategies.
