An Empirical Analysis On Financial Statements Of Listed Companies In Chinese Traditional Medicine Industry

In 2016,the Chinese government put forward the "Healthy China 2030" plan,emphasizing the people's health an important strategic position.The population base is large and the aging trend is exacerbated.With the development of the national economy,people's living standards improve,for health needs increased,the pharmaceutical industry will face opportunities and challenges.This paper analyzes from the perspective of corporate financial management can be taken to provide countermeasures for enterprise development and even the national health care system reform to provide strong data support and improvement of policy recommendations for the grand goal of national health contribution.The objects research were 60 listed companies of Chinese Traditional Medicine(TCM)industry,and listed the financial annual report data published by the listed companies in 2011-2015 as the sample to select 19 terms reflecting the business capacity assessment of the comprehensive indicators;and analyzed the influencing factors of Chinese medicine industry listed companies based on the annual data of the company in 2015.In 5 years,the TCM industry listed companies showed a rapid growth trend,the expanded scale of assets,increased debt and increased cash flow.In terms of solvency,the ability to repay short-term liabilities was weakening,but the overall state was still relatively stable,and long-term solvency was strong.In terms of operational capacity,the turnover of enterprise assets slowed down,the effective utilization of assets of Chinese medicine industry was low.In terms of profitability,it remained stable in five years,without much change.In terms of growth capacity,there were fluctuations in the five years,but the overall level remained stable,without much change.From the financial data of listed companies in the TCM industry,from the enterprise's point of view,relatively short time-to-market enterprises have strong repayment capability and the smaller of the company's size,the stronger of its operating capacity.From the quality of senior management,the greater of the proportion of men,the weaker of the ability of enterprises to solvency.The higher of the proportion of executive graduate students,the stronger of the company's solvency,operational capacity,profitability and the ability to grow.There is large differences in the enterprise solvency and operating capacity of different regions.Therefore,these corporate characteristics should become the focus of national health policy makers and the TCM industry listed companies and the key point of investment.
