Nowadays,Member system's design of the traditional retail is lack of innovation.Consumers have been insensitive for discount,coupons and so on,they couldn't endure the simple strategy of repeated consumption no longer.With the boom of network economy,consumers may choose more and more commodities widely.Network shopping just like Double Tenth shopping festival lead a large number of people to change their habits,they are no longer care about the member's honor of a single brand.So it makes those member systems of the traditional retail enterprise worthless.How to find the way effectively to change a member system of the traditional retail and take advantage of the Internet to find a bridge to reconnect consumers and business? Based on the case of enterprise A,when combined with domestic and foreign research results and industry cases,the author concluded the general model CPGSD which focused on the commonness of member systems of traditional industry,next discuss the problems,and puts forward the new member system model SCP2 S on the basis of the principle of AISAS.Then expounded how to meet the consumer's demand under the Internet social ecology,and analysed the new model elements from the perspectives of co-creating value what include value transfer,social attribute of commodity,evaluation of consumer value.In subject,based on the design concept of SCP2 S and the new member system solution for enterprise A,the author elaborated from design and selection of the each element indicator,reviewed and summarized in five aspects which are member loyalty,consumption data,contribution of online data,social attributes of goods,and VIP satisfaction.That proves the value and significance of the new model.Finally,the author hope to give other enterprises several recommendations through this topic research.
