Study On The Difference Development Of County Green Economy

In recent years, green economy in county’s economic development has been practicing and exploring in varying degrees, and is becoming one of important choices to accelerate the transformation of county’s economic development pattern, while showing new features of differential development and becoming the basic orientation of avoiding the homogenization of competition, enhancing advantages of own characteristics, and achieving sustainable development. Based on the demand of regional economic development and differentiated competition, this paper is established on the county and the county economy, with green economy as main line, studies county green economy from differentiated perspective, analyzes macro background, significance and related theoretical basis of this study, and explores concept of county green economy, the development of evolution, trends and content features. And based on these the paper proposes the concept of differentiated development of county green economy, explicit connotation structure during differentiated development of county green economy, analyzes the differentiated development of county green economy from the power of endogenous factors, studies the strategy, pattern and routing selection of differentiated development of county green economy, and establishes an evaluation system of county green economy, consisting of four levels and44specific indicators, chooses cluster analysis method to assess different development characteristics of each county. Meanwhile through the quantitative evaluation, cluster analysis, SWOT analysis, development mode selection analysis of green economic development of58counties (cities) in Fujian Province, this paper verifies the evolution of the differentiated development of the county green economy, the explores the basic trend that seek common points while reserving difference and win-win cooperation in county green economy, from the angle of qualitative and quantitative analysis and characteristics and advantages to study the different patterns of strategic direction, progression pattern and routing selection in county green economy development.By studying the combination of theory and practice, the paper argues that green economy as the country’s economic restructuring and development, is the inevitable choice to strengthen comparative advantages and late-developing advantage and enhancement of competitive strength. Characteristics development and differential development is a basic trend, and its essence is to seek common development objectives, and to keep the advantage of comparative advantages, so as to strengthen regional cooperation on a competitive basis, establish and improve policies and systems of differential arrangement, and form a reasonable assessment examination and evaluation system. This paper is also aimed to propose an idea which helps the policy making. Safeguard measures and advice on institutional arrangements, as well as provides the theoretical and practical reference for making the differentiated policies to county green economic development in China.
