Research On The Reasons Of Influencing The Enthusiasm Of Pharmaceutical Enterprise Employees And Countermeasures

At present,the whole social economy is developing rapidly,and the market is surging.For any enterprise,only by strengthening their competitiveness and maximizing the rational use of resources can they compete in the market and keep competitive advantage.For any enterprise,talents are their core resources.Therefore,the essence of competition between enterprises is the competition of talents.The core technology of R & D and production of their core employees is the foundation of enterprises based on the market.Whether or not the employees are willing to be effective in the enterprise,whether it can form a higher production performance and the enterprise culture,management system,working environment,salary and staff career planning and other aspects have a great relationship.Based on this,for pharmaceutical companies,only human resource management and efforts to enhance employee motivation can have good prospects for development.Based on this,this paper selects employees from C pharmaceutical company as the research object.The enthusiasm of the employees in the company is investigated and studied in a comprehensive way.On the basis of a comprehensive definition of the employees' work theory and concept,the enthusiasm of the employees is investigated by interviews and questionnaires.The survey results showed that employees in the company had severe slack psychology and low enthusiasm for work.Through analysis,it is found that this is related to the company's occupational environment,occupational risk,work pressure and salary fairness.Finally,according to the actual situation of C pharmaceutical enterprises,it is pointed out that in order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,we should actively improve the working environment of employees,create a good,upwards enterprise culture,and improve the incentive system.Through these specific countermeasures,it can effectively improve the enthusiasm of the employees and lay the foundation for the good order development of the company.
