The 4S Shop is a kind of whole car sales,repair and maintenance,auto parts and information services as a whole business body,although involving a wide range of business,But after all,it is a supplier based on sales and maintenance and service to customers.The service that customers feel in the store is very important.This determines customers' satisfaction and loyalty,which back in turn the operating efficiency of 4S store.The quality of service determines the customers' feelings,so,The enthusiasm and the work passion of staff should be the most important part of the management of 4S store.Effective motivation can stimulate the enthusiasm of employees.It is necessary to study the incentive work of 4S store.Through the spot inspection of 4S shop by myself,I found that the employees of the 4S shop have low passion to the work,the service quality is poor,they are not ethusiastic about work,the service of receiving customers and answering customers' questions are not perfect,these has led to customers' dissatisfaction with the service experience of the 4S store.Through the analysis of the job satisfaction of the existing staff in the 4S store,we conclude that the job contents?job return?organizational climate?working conditions?the development of the company,these five parts reasons caused the works are not satisfied with their job.Based on the investigation and analysis of the work motivation in the 4S store,we could see that the incentive problem mainly exists in: managers lack of attention to employee's motivation,the single method of incentive,internal communication is not smooth,less protect about the employee tincentive systems,and,low quality of staff.According to above five problems,we could found the reasons are as followed: the management quality is low,the financial control and the personnel employment are restricted,the obstacle of employee promotion,chactor of job and staff itself etc.In view of the above reasons,the improvement measures are put forward,such as improving the management quality of managers,adopting diversified incentive methods,strengthening the construction of team culture,and enhancing the quality of staff and so on.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,can help the 4S storemanager to carry on the staff incentive more effectively,improve the satisfaction of the 4S store staff and the employee's work enthusiasm,further more improve the management status quo of the 4S store.At the same time for other 4S shop related problems to provide reference to help.
