In recent years,our government has advocated that people should start their own businesses and innovate.The enterprise seeks the road of innovation to become the theme of the present era.Innovation needs talents.At present,there are problems such as difficulty in recruiting,high turnover rate,and non-maximum personnel efficiency in enterprises.Traditional material incentives,performance management,and other mechanisms are constantly weakening,and they can not attract talents and fully mobilize employees 'innovation ability to maximize corporate productivity.The reason for this is that in the period of economic transition,the fierce competition between enterprises,the continuous escalation of market demand,and the demand for enterprises in all aspects of the enterprise have risen.Therefore,the pressure on employees of enterprises has increased,and not only must they face the anxiety of job positions in the workplace.Problems such as the work environment and interpersonal relationships can also put pressure on them.At the same time,we must face the problems of family relations,economic issues,and legal disputes in the living environment.The influence of many factors makes it difficult for employees to actively invest their enthusiasm in work,and it is impossible to realize the innovation in the job position.The occupational mental health crisis of organizational members has more and more affected the business management of the company.In order to improve this situation and make enterprise human resources management more effective,enterprises have urgently needed a new management perspective to alleviate this crisis,thus improving employee productivity and organizational performance.Therefore,it is of great significance for the sustainable development of enterprises to further explore and study the "people-oriented" practice of human resources management.EAP is an abbreviation of the Employee Assistance Program.It is an organization that promotes management change and innovation within the organization to improve performance and improve organizational atmosphere and management,from the perspective of increasing employee productivity.A set of systematic,long-term welfare and assistance programs for employees.This paper consists of four parts.The first part describes the background and research significance of this topic,reviews the research on EAP service at domestic and abroad,and introduces the innovation points and framework of this paper.The second part,the related theoretical analysis.First of all,the concept of EAP is defined.Secondly,the theoretical basis of EAP is pointed out.Finally,the method,application model,service flow,and implementation principle of EAP service are described in detail.The third part of the introduction of EAP services for the H enterprises as a case study.According to EAP service system,the basic situation of H enterprise is introduced first,and the shortcomings of H enterprise in human resource managementand the background of import are analyzed.The reason for H enterprise to import EAP service is explained,and the EAP service goal is determined.Secondly,it expounds the implementation process and the problems and solutions in the process of the introduction of EAP services by H enterprises.Finally,it evaluates the indicators of H enterprises after the introduction of EAP services,and puts forward some improvement measures.The fourth part,from six aspects,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the introduction of EAP service.
