With the continuous improvement of global economic integration and information level,commercial banks have gradually entered a fully competitive era of rapid development.The era of banks' earning money has become the past.Under the increasingly strict supervision and increasingly fierce competition,our commercial banks are no longer just upgrading their business skills and improving their management level.Bank managers must rely on advanced performance management methods to enhance their core competitiveness.In recent years,the rapid development of Internet banking and make more and more financial institutions began to take the background centralized operation mode of operation,originally in the foreground part of the business through electronic imaging technology and equipment transferred to the background in the physical implementation of centralized operations,service efficient and intensive standardized operation,the staff also distributed by relying on the original outlets personnel in physical adjustment for intensive,centralized and large-scale centralized operation,which came into being financial background concentration of workers.The background centralized operation mode is to transfer large amount of time and manpower business to the background pipeline operation process,so as to improve the business management efficiency,reduce the front stage risk and reduce the operation cost.For this part of staff performance appraisal is different from the general performance appraisal method,and the integrity or fairness of the evaluation system will directly affect the business operation and enterprise product quality.In this paper,the Construction Bank of background workers as the research object,firstly introduces the background and significance,content and methods,to the guiding role of the play;then reviews and summarizes the theoretical basis of this paper,the main methods include basic theories of performance appraisal and performance evaluation,to provide theoretical support for the following research;and in this paper,the Construction Bank background service center performance appraisal status quo summary and analysis,found the existing problems,and find out the reasons;after the performance appraisal of Construction Bank bank service centre index system was optimized to form a comprehensive performance evaluation index system of bank service centre;then,this paper proposes the implementation process needs to improve the aspects,including the development of a reasonable evaluation plan,the customer evaluation methods,optimize the performance appraisal channel Through the mechanism and the application of the results of performance assessment.From the four aspects of increasing propaganda,system,talents and culture,it provides guarantee for the implementation of performance appraisal in bank backstage service center.Finally,this paper summarizes the whole research process and makes corresponding prospects.
