Along with the development of the Internet,increasing utilization rate of the personal computer,the computer from the previous luxuries into each essential items nowadays,the development of the Internet computer industry are speeding up,PC and in previous years high growth momentum began to appear serious competition,the trend of slow development.Shrink the global PC industry started in 2017,which requires the PC companies need to constantly innovation,constantly in terms of product development,meet the needs of different customers,to improve the comprehensive competitive power of the PC server.In the current internationalization and diversification of trade in the market economy,many foreign server vendors have to enter the domestic market,with the rapid development of domestic enterprises to cloud services market together.On the one hand,contribute to domestic server market increasingly mature and perfect.On the other hand also makes the increasingly fierce competition,the server of the differences in technology and quality is more and more small,and then evolved into service and sales channel competition.How to develop an effective marketing strategy,can reflect their own advantages in a piece of the red sea,and takes hold in the market become more urgent.This article explores the dell China company in the marketing strategy on the server's plate,with the research methods of questionnaire survey and analysis of the present status of the dell PC server marketing,marketing existence question and reason analysis,finally put forward the strategies of the dell PC server marketing Suggestions,hoping to help dell China company better development in the Chinese market,in the fierce market environment to obtain better resources,also hope to expand the market to provide ideas for other IT company.
