With the development of Chinese Economy,energy has become one of the important factors restricting economic growth.The manufacturing industry consuming a lot of energy has the characteristics about high energy consumption,low energy efficiency,so how to reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency rationally,has become the current manufacturing industry is facing another major issue.Based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China,the energy consumption characteristics of the discrete manufacturing system are analyzed to determine the energy consumption limit of the discrete manufacturing products Methods and means of implementation.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:The manufacturing system has been classified,the main elements of the manufacturing system have been analyzed.The factors of real-time sensing production line information and self-decision state transition have been analyzed emphatically.Manufacturing system machine energy consumption and operation model have been established,and analyzed the machine state transition conditions in a variety of production line types of machine state transfer control;Proposed a fuzzy decision-making method based on the real-time data of the system,so as to reduce the energy consumption of the system.By using the fuzzy logic control theory,a fuzzy controller with fuzzy logic model and switch decision model were added to the machine to realize the real-time monitoring of buffer state and dynamic control of machine running state transition.The simulation model of production line is established in MATLAB / Simulink simulation environment,and the simulation operation of serial and serial parallel production line is carried out.The effectiveness of fuzzy energy saving control method is verified by comparing the energy consumption of the system before and after the control.
