Research Of The Quality Management Mode For CRRC Ziyang Metro Locomotive Developement

Subway shunting locomotives are widely used for rescuing or shunting due to their fast response?flexible use and strong mobility.Different users have different personalized demands.Meanwhile,the locomotive configuration and overall layout of subway shunting locomotives made by different manufacturers are quite different.There are a lot of types of subway shunting locomotives.The stability of locomotive quality has plagued many manufacturers.Therefore,it is particularly important to effectively control the design quality.Firstly,domestic and overseas research situation of design quality management were analyzed in this paper.Basic theory viewpoints were proposed,which can be used to guide the design quality management of CRRC Ziyang Locomotive Co.,Ltd.At the same time,the role of quality control and management in the design of shunting locomotives in Ziyang company were pointed out.Then,based on the statistics and analysis of the previous design quality problems,shortage of the design quality were pointed out in recent years.Finally,through the research of design quality management control mode of shunting locomotive project,especially the application of new design quality management methods and regulations,a new quality management control mode that is suitable for shunting locomotives of Ziyang Company was proposed.It includes:(1)The evaluation system of design quality of shunting locomotive was established,which can constrain designers do make low-level mistakes and improve the awareness of design quality;(2)The information control process was established to reduce the rework,which achieves the management transfer from relying on past experience to product data process management;(3)A product platform of subway shunting locomotive was established,which enhances the design efficiency and quality by the application of platform module and standardization.
