Jiahui Fireworks Manufacturing Company Product Quality Management Model

In modern market economy, quality management is an important aspect of enterprise management. For a long time, how to strengthen quality management have been a tough issue that China's state-owned enterprises have to face.Jiahui firework manufacturer was one is founded in 1996 privately operated sole-source investment enterprise has made a great achievement in both of economy and society with the experience of more than 10 years. But According to our country at present fireworks profession development present situation and need the current management has being faced challenges. Strengthen the quality control to become this company imminent most important task.This paper reviewed the course of quality management in the world in recent about 100 years in brief. The current situation and problems of quality management system of Jiahui firework manufacturer were analyzed in this thesis. It adopted the theory of ISO9000, Deming's 14 Points, SPC Theory, PDCA cycle , Zero Defect Management and the management idea established during the MBA study. And the paper designed the quality control pattern of Jiahui.The article focuses on to create a new policy in quality management theory through 360°, hope that these research results can be help and references in the practical application and promote the development of similar company.
