For small and medium-sized IT enterprises of new high-tech enterprise,how to reduce labor costs has become an important issue both in their area and the academia.Based on the background of HNZY company,from the perspective of human resource management,apply to broadband compensation theory,this paper study the salary system,aim to help enterprises to propose reasonable compensation solutions and promote the healthy development of enterprises in the face of continue rising labor costs.Based on the related literature and HNZY company's basic situation,this paper research on the classification and characteristics of employees,analyzes the company's current compensation structure,according to the company's business summarizes and analyzes the main problems of the company's compensation system,namely the incentive compensation is insufficient,the lack of internal equity,the external competitive advantage is not obvious and the employee income and organizational performance are not closely related.According to the salary system,the salary management ability,the salary management concepts and the enterprise internal management status,this paper analyze the causes of the problem,summarize the main characteristics of the current employees and the present salary system.On the basis of broadband compensation theory,this paper put forward the goal of redesign of company compensation system,the principles that compensation design should follow,design and adjust the company compensation system to relative reasonable level and structure,and propose the compensation level,compensation gradient,position compensation range for Different types of employees,expect a reasonable compensation system will promote the performance of the whole organization.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the new salary system,gives specific suggestions in response to the potential bottlenecks in the process of implementation,namely fully communicate with employees in the process of implementation,improve the performance appraisal mechanism immediately,while all the company staff need to use information performance management system.The conclusion of this research has a strong guiding significance for the design and implementation of the compensation system of HNZY Corporation,the compensation system has played a positive role in the optimization of salary distribution and improvement of organizational efficiency,at the same time it also has reference value for the design of the salary system of other small and medium enterprises IT.
