Growth Strategy Of BR Accounting Firm

After the third Plenary Session of the 11 th CPC Central Committee,Chinese government vigorously developing the economic construction.In a series of economic reform policies,according to the characteristics of the industry and with reference to international practices,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have constructed the CPA system,setting "accounting advisory office"(now the accounting firm)under the guidance of the other relevant departments of the state.It provides accounting support for foreign-invested enterprises,joint-stock and enterprise system reform pilot.Since 1980 s,China's CPA industry start to rebirth,and with constantly vigorous rapid development,especially after the Fourth Congress of the association of Certified Public Accountants in our country,based on the national "11th Five-Year plan" starting the accounting firm to be bigger and stronger strategy,China CPA Association stressed the overall goal of China's accounting firm not only to do big business,but also pursuit to be strong,and it's the first time to propose the guidance about helping the development of small firms,encouraging small firm be more professional and specializing.However,in the long run,the development of the accounting firms in our country is still in the primary stage,especially for small accounting firms,senior management personnel and high level professional talents are severe short resources,single business,traditional audit business still accounts for a large share,overlapping service phenomenon is very common,which seriously hinder the expansion of business areas,the improvement of audit quality,and the survival and development of accounting firms.BR accounting firm is a small accounting firms,after the abolition of verification,inspection and other services,the business volume decline,the development of accounting firm faces a serious threat,but small and medium-sized enterprises continue upgrading,booming demand has become increasingly diversified,which brings a new economic growth point for the small accounting firm.However,due to the small size of the accounting firms have their own weakness,leading to lack of competitiveness,so how to get rid of the shackles,seize the opportunity,get a breakthrough and obtain development,are the key points of our research.In this paper,by analyzing the external environment of the CPA industry and related policies,using SWOT method to analysis the strength and weakness of BR accounting firm itself,and opportunities and threats the company faced.On this basis,it comes out the strategies like training professional staff,diversifying company services and building company brand.At last,in the aspect of strategy implementation,the paper has proposed some detail advices like control audit quality,establish employee reward system,and expand new business field actively.Hoping BR accountants firm can continue improve itself and plays an active role in the development of accounting firms.To some extent,BR accountants firm can also promote healthy and sustainable development of small accounting firms in the whole country.
