With the continuous updating and development of new era technology,the trend of economic globalization is becoming more and more obvious,and the survival and development of contemporary enterprises faces enormous challenges.Enterprises encounter many new problems in the process of business development,and they are faced with complex and unstructured problems.The uncertainty brought by the external environment of enterprises is also increasing.In a fiercely competitive environment,the strategic development of an enterprise is the basis for the survival of an enterprise,and it is the primary factor for a company to fight for survival.Shenzhen Yida Accounting Firm is a small and medium-sized accounting firm in China.In the face of the increasingly fierce market competition in the international and domestic markets,the competitive pressure of the industry is also growing.How to adapt to changes in the social economy and the competitive environment,has become a key issue that Shenzhen Yida Accounting Firm needs to solve.This paper takes Shenzhen Yida Accounting Firm as the research object.Based on the actual environment of the enterprise,it combines the actual enterprise with the advanced domestic and international strategic research theories,and formulates the strategy of the firm.Providing a solid theoretical foundation,this paper first analyzes the environment of the firm and uses it as an important basis for strategic choice and final decision making,formulating strategies suitable for enterprise development,and proposing a series of recommendations to support the implementation of the strategy.This paper uses a variety of strategic research methods,uses the PEST model to analyze the external macro environment of enterprise development,uses SWOT analysis to identify the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise and external opportunities and threats,and also uses the Porter Five Force Model Analysis to identify the current development trend of the accounting industry.On the basis of environmental analysis,the company has helped to determine the strategic development goals,and accordingly developed corresponding strategies.The analysis results show that at the company level,enterprises should combine diversification strategies with concentric diversification strategies;at the business level In addition,we must not only provide customers with low-cost and high-quality services,but also ensure the differentiation of services.The combination of cost leadership strategy and differentiated strategy ensures the company's strategic advantage.At the functional level,the company should pay attention to each department's value,tap the potential of various departments,and actively promote the strategic formulation and efficient cooperation of many important parts such as human resources department,finance department,technical department and sales department.In order to firmly promote the company's strategic decision-making,the company needs to support and promote from multiple levels.This paper puts forward corresponding suggestions from four aspects: organizational security,human resource management,system construction and corporate culture construction.This paper has played a new role in promoting the modern management model of Yida Certified Public Accountants.At the same time,through the empirical analysis of the medium-sized accounting firm represented by Shenzhen Yida Accounting Firm,we propose practical and feasible development strategies for the sustainable development of medium-sized accounting firms.
